WOMEN CELL
OBJECTIVES
- 1. WOMEN CELL has been made for safety of students and to provide a safe environment for which various activities have taken place such as guest lecture, self defense classes, awareness program etc.
- 2. To encourage students to be self reliant.
- 3. To install positive esteem and confidence in the students, So that they can take the right decision in and for their lives.
- 4. Spread awareness among the students about the social, legal and constitutional rights of women in order to prevent exploitation based on gender.
- 5. The problems faced by the students are resolved from time to time by the Women Cell with the help of Grievance Redressal committee.
- 6. Women cell also take different health measures for the students under “SWASTH BALIKA ABHIYAN”.

Create a better society by empowering women in all aspects of life.
MEASURES
- 1. For the redressal of the problems of the students, the facility of a GARIMA PETI has been provided so that through it their problems can be redressed from time to time by the Women Cell.
- 2. Keeping in mind the health of the girl students, a Sanitary Pad Machine has also been made available in the college, which is maintained from time to time by the Women’s Cell.
- 3. Creating awareness about the need of gender equality through awareness programs.
- 4. Keeping in mind the health of the girl students, many programs are organized in the college like Fit India and Yoga Day celebration.
- 5. Yogacharyas have been called from outside to explain the importance of yoga activities in the college from time to time, so that the objective of all-round development of girl students can be fulfilled.
- 6. Gynecologist are called from outside from time to time to solve some problems related to the personal health and hygiene of girl students, which they hesitate to share with their family.
- 7. Drama and awareness programs are organized from time to time by our college to make the girl students aware of the harassment and exploitation of women in their lives.
