About our college
Mumbai emigrant ‘Mittal Family founded the college under ‘Mittal Charities’ in 1981 in the fond memory of their beloved parents Smt. Kamla Devi and Gauridutt Mittal. This college is a specific tribute of the Mittal Family to their parents.
The inauguration ceremony of the college was held on 14 Nov. 1981 with the ‘lighting of the lamp’ by the then education and finance minister, Raj. Govt. Mr. Chandanmal Baid. The ceremony became more glorious with the presence of Mr. Shivnath Singh, Director, Education Department, Rajasthan. The college at its initial stage was run at Mittal Guest House. Later on 08. Dec. 1984 the college was shifted to its newly built splendid building.
The first session of the college began with only thirty (30) students. In those days parents were not willing to provide higher education to their girls, so the dedicated scholar-teachers of the college went door to door to encourage parents to send their girls to college for getting a higher education.
As far as the college is concerned Mittal family has always been prudent. Paying heed to the call of the hour commerce faculty has also been opened in the year 2003-04. Now we have more than 150 students on this faculty.
The present age is the age of the computer. The whole world has become a small village in this age of globalization and the internet. At present, there is a well-equipped Wi-Fi and well-furnished computer lab with more than 50 computer sets. The students are taught with the help of modern teaching aids such as Projector, Smart Class, P.A. System, etc. An infallible system of proper security of the campus is ensured through the establishment of well-equipped surveillance cameras and CCTV monitoring by trained security personnel.
At its start it was affiliated with Rajasthan University thereafter on the split it was affiliated with M.D.S. University, Ajmer, and on further bifurcation of Universities at present this college is affiliated with Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner.
At present, the College is a self-financed private college.

1981:- Established as Degree College with faculty of Arts.
1991:- UGC REGISTRATION– The college has been registered and enlisted for aid by UGC under Articles 2(F) and 12(B) of the U.G.C. act.
2003-: Faculty of Commerce Started at U.G. level in the subjects – of ABST, EAFM, Bus. Mgmt and Vocational Computer. (as an optional subject )
2005:- Upgraded as P.G. College With faculty of M.Sc. (Computer Science, Professional Course )
2011:- Permanent affiliation – Permanent affiliation has been granted to the College up to B.A. (Arts) U.G level from session 2011-12 by M.G.S. University Bikaner.
2011:- Started B.C.A. at U.G. Level (Professional Course)
2013:– Upgraded as P.G. Course with faculty of M.Com. (ABST).
2015:- Upgraded as P.G. Course With faculty of M.A. (Geography).
2016:- B.Sc. ( Maths & Biology) Started at the U.G. level.
2019:– Started B.Sc. B.Ed. & B.A. B.Ed. (integrated 4 Year Course)
2022:- M.Sc. Chemistry. (Coming soon – M.Sc. Mathematics, M.Com. EAFM, M.A. English, PGDCA)
