Objective and Rules of Grievance Redressal Cell
As suggested by theUniversity Grants Commission, New Delhi, Act 1956 the college established “GrievanceRedressal Cell “to provide mechanism for redressal of students’ grievances, The students can submit their grievances through offline/online mode as well as from grievance box fixed in the campus. All issues of the students’ grievances are redressed by the GrievanceRedressal Committee and the WomenCell in presence of the principal.
OBJECTIVES& RULES
- To maintain a harmonious academic, teaching and learning atmosphere in the college by facilitating the students to express their problems freely and frankly without any fear of being victimised.
- To ensure effective solution to the students’grievances with an impartial and fair approach.
- To solve students’ academic, administrative and financial problems within a reasonable time.
- Any violation of ragging, harassment and disciplinary rules should be urgently brought to the notice of the principle
- The grievance redressal committee convinces meetings periodically record the minutes and take steps to redress the grievances
- Grievance Redressal Committee is composed of theprincipal as a chairperson and senior faculty members are nominated by the principal of the college.
- The principal, Grievance Redressal Committee, Women Cell &disciplinary in charge collectively works to make the Zero -Tolerant atmosphere.
- At the end of the month the Garima peti is opened by the Women Cell in presence of the principal, grievances are divided and discussed with the related committee members according to the need.

Functions and responsibilities
- To accept grievances from students related to the system.
- To represent the grievances to the concerned section which may include maintenance, academic and amenities etc.
- To forward the findings to the management if necessary for further action.
- To maintain strict confidentiality, if necessary
