DETAILS OF SCHOLARSHIP
As per the guidelines of UGC under the Act of 1956 the institute establishedtheAnti Ragging Committee to maintain the peace and order in the premises of the college and continuously watch and vigil over ragging so as to prevent its occurrence within the campus or outside.
OBJECTIVES
- To create awareness about ragging and ensure a student- friendly environment at all times.
- To inculcate culture of Ragging Free Environment in the campus.
- To conduct awareness programs from time to time in the campus.
- To design strategies and action plan for curbing the menace of ragging in the college by adopting array of activities.
- To convey clear message that no act of ragging shall be tolerated and any act of ragging shall not go unnoticed and unpunished.
- Not to permit or condone any incident of ragging in any form and to take necessary and required measures to achieve the objective of eliminating ragging.
- To take stringent action against those who found guilty of ragging and/or abetting ragging actively or passively or being part of the conspiracy to promote ragging.
